Delivery
1. All gifts will be dispatched within five working days. This however may take longer if the purchase is made by cheque.
2. It is important that you provide us with your full address and postcode as deliveries will be made by post or courier and must be signed for upon delivery.
3. Delivery charges are for mainland UK only. We do however welcome orders outside the UK but please contact us by telephone or e-mail to arrange cost of delivery and delivery times.
4. To avoid any disappointments, we will acknowledge your order by e-mail or telephone prior to dispatch.
5. Please note: a next day delivery can be arranged by calling us direct before 12 p.m. on the day before.
Returns and Cancellation
1. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your gift, it must be returned to us within seven working days for a full refund or exchange (excluding postage and packaging costs).
2. When returning gifts, please obtain proof of posting as refunds and exchanges cannot be provided if items are lost in transit without this proof.
3. Any gifts sent back to us must be in their original condition. (i.e. not worn)
4. If any gifts you receive are in any way damaged or defective we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
5. We are unable to exchange or refund any individual items in the gift baskets or boxes.
6. Delightful Little Bundles do not take responsibility for any gifts that have not arrived due to transit problems i.e. strikes, weather etc.
7. Please note: all refunds and replacements are at our own discretion.
